Lemosho
Route

Experience one of Kilimanjaro's spectacular trekking routes, from beautiful mountain landscapes and highland forests to the unforgettable summit of Uhuru Peak.

Discover the Lemosho Route

The Lemosho Route approaches Mount Kilimanjaro from the western side through the Londorossi area. It offers a dramatic journey through changing landscapes as you gradually gain altitude toward the summit.

Along the trek, visitors can experience mountain forest, moorland, high-altitude landscapes and spectacular views of the Kilimanjaro massif.

Unlike the Marangu Route, Lemosho is supported by designated tented camps rather than the alpine huts used on Marangu.
